Good Food, Good Service, and Good Times at Jimbo's!

Our story is a bit unique… Jim (the Jim in Jimbo’s) started working at a restaurant called The Vine Tavern in Mesa, Arizona back in 1991. Some of you might remember this small restaurant that was located just east of this building, and was commonly referred to as the “Old Vine”. Cathy started working for the same restaurant in 1993. It was love at first sight - for the restaurant business that is. In June of 2000, the Old Vine was torn down and a new building was put up, which is what you are looking at right now. After working together for many years, in 2004 Jim and Cathy got married and had a wedding to remember (see pictures in the North dining room). You might even ask some regulars about the wedding! After leaving the Vine in 2006, Jim and Cathy worked in Fountain Hills at the Fireside Grill. In August of 2009 Jim and Cathy were presented with an opportunity to lease the property where the Vine was located…

So Welcome to Jimbo’s Good Times Grill! Jimbo’s because most of you know him, Good Times because that’s what we want you to have and Grill because if you have ever eaten Jimbo’s food, you will come back for more! If you were a regular we are so happy to see you again. If this is your first time here, we are happy to meet you and are looking forward to you becoming a regular.
